Privacy

Pine County Septic is an independent referral service. We are not a septic company, and we are not affiliated with Pine County or any other government office.

What we collect

When you send a request, we collect the name, phone number, ZIP code, town, service, and details you enter, plus the page you sent it from, how you found the site (such as a referring site or campaign tag), a hash of your IP address, and the date and time. If you call, our call-tracking provider records the number you call from and the time and length of the call.

How we use and share it

We use your information to follow up on your request and to pass it to an independent septic company that serves your area. That company contacts you directly and sets its own prices. The septic company we refer you to may pay us a referral fee or a monthly fee for the referrals it receives. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.

Calls and texts

Calls to our number may be recorded for quality and to confirm what was requested. By submitting a request, you agree that Pine County Septic and the independent septic company we refer you to may call or text you about it. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and whether a request was sent.
